Whimsical Floral Sticks

Floral Sticks are good at supporting small brittle spring plants, but they can also serve as decoration. Today we make floral sticks of wire and beads. Sweet and easy!

You need thin and easy to work with wire, beads and sequins and a pair of pliers.

1. Start by cutting off a long piece of wire. The wire should be twice as long as the finished floral stick, plus a bit more for the beads. Then thread on beads and sequins.

2. Thread on as many beads as you like, shape the wire into a loop and twist the ends together all the way down.

Now you can form the beaded loop into the shape you want.

We have made hearts, houses and a small cloud with a plant hottest desire – rain.

Spring is slowly taking off in our part of the world and in the meantime our small floral sticks spread colors and joy.
