We continue on the theme of "reuse"!
You need soft plastic bottles, such as shampoo, soap or toothpaste bottles. As decoration, we have used fabric ribbons, eyelets and pattern tape. The tape we use is called Washitejp and include here . Another pattern tape is usually found where you buy crafts and scrapbookprodukter. A revolving punch might be good to have, but you can get along without it.
1. Make sure the bottles are rinsed thoroughly and urtorkade. Decide how high you want your bag, then cut straight across. If you get sharp edges, you can take a soft sandpaper and sand them down a bit.
2nd Our pink bag is an old toothpaste bottle with rim decorated with patterns tape.
3rd When the tape is on you doing holes for cloth band with a revolving punch, if you have, or with scissors. Cloth tape is attached on the inside with a knot. The first bag is now finished!
4th Even the transparent bag, which is a soap bottle to begin with, has got an edge of pattern tape but also the handles are made of tape. Cut two pieces of tape to each handle and put them together with sticky sides together - but save a bit at each end as you do not stick together. The ends attach to you on the inside and the outside of the bag. Fiddly? Absolutely - but nice, right!
5th Our last bag has got eyelets in the holes for the handles. Eyelets was really hard to get there but we are very happy with the result.
The bags are finished and the store has opened!
